readers and customers, I need your help regarding the ordering process of
Millefeuilles products. For me it
is very important that every customer feels that it is easy and secure to order
products from Millefeuille. At the moment all orders comes arrive to the
company by e-mail or phone calls. Then we send an invoice to the customer and
when we can see the money on our account we ship the products.
Do you
think it would feel better if we also accepted credit cards like Master card,
American Express and VISA? Or would Pay Pal be a better alternative? Could we
do anything more to make the purchases even more safe for you who order? Tell
me, what is your opinion and thoughts.
It is not
always easy to shop products from a web site- the fabric quality for example is impossible to
feel over the internet. To change this therefore we have decided to send small
fabric samples to customers who are interested to feel the fabric before the
purchase. We have also (since some years ago) introduced the possibility for customers to change or return products 30 days after the shipment was
made. Just to secure that you as a customer will be totally satisfied with your
purchase.
After the
purchase we also contact you as a customer to assure that you are satisfied
with your order or if there is anything more we can do for you.
Our
customers are very valuable for us and we listen to your thoughts. Since we
produce top end bed linen and accessories the whole process around them also must
be top end. From the first glance of for example a bed set, through your
contacts with our customer department, when you get the beautiful package with
the bed set and when you have used it for a while. This helps us to be a top
end company as well.
