Is not the feeling of a really nice terry robe against your skin fantastic? Especially the ones made of really thick, smooth and white terry fabric. When I stay at hotels I like to use the terry robe in the spa between nice treatments like  facial massage, herbal baths and when I get manicure or pedicure. At Millefeuille we are at the moment searching for really good terry fabric because we want to delvelop a really beautiful and comfortable terry robe that we will start to sell.

Time for relaxation and rest

Sometimes it can be hard to relax when the so much longed for vacation starts. I often get in the right mood when spending time in a beautiful and relaxing environment. A place where the eys whereever they land sees something beautiful.

On vacation it is lovely to at least some days stay at an all inclusive resort. A place where you can totally relax and leave the outside world behind. The day starts with a lovely breakfast in the room or in a beautiful restaurant followed by a lazy day on the beach, sunbathing, bading, sailing or doing some other nice vacation activity. A nice lunch at the beach or the pool followed by a fantastic candle lit gastronomically challenging dinner.

There are lots of beautiful places in the world and resorts situated at remote islands with peace and tranquility are often good choices. The resorts owned by Sheraton and Four Seasons have never made me dissappointed.

I just admired some pictures of Chanels Black Jacket. What a beautiful piece. Coco Chanel with her eye for details and that excellent quality that Chanel stands for even today are true inspirations. Exquisite products weather its clothes, shoes or bed linen is about elegance in every detail. Every seam must be perfect and placed in a way that suits the design and makes it more beautiful. The materials shall be the best there is to buy and the feeleing behind the creation of the product shall be built into the design.

Infinity pools are so beautiful. Especially like the ones as in the picture where you can see the ocean below. Here you can swim and concentrate just on yourself and the beautiful surroundings. This picture comes from beautiful Elounda which I can highly recommend you to visit.

Become a Designer for a day

The collection Park Avenue in Egyptian cotton sateen

This popular collection will be launcehd in a new version during 2014. The base will still be white but the frame will come in another colour. Which colour do you suggest. Take the chance to be part of the designing process. A nice price will be sent to the person who first suggests the colour that will be choosen in the end.

The summer is here and it is time to freshen up your lips with summery glosses. A gloss makes your lips look fuller and smoother.

Glosses are at the moment super trendy. The sometimes dark coloured autumn/ winter collections from fashion houses like Dior, Givenchy ans Zac Posen this year inspires us with shiny glossy lips.

My favorites are Dior Addict Ultra- gloss and Juicy Tubes from Lancome. They are available in all sorts of fresh colours or transparent ones if you prefer that. Apply the gloss alone or use it over your favorite lipstick- then you are ready fora day at the beach or any other summer adventure you are in for.

Cruise Collection

Who would not want to be here when the icy winds rules and the snow flows in the air?

We have decided to create a Millefeulle Cruise Collection with bed linen and accessories. Since some years back the large fashion houses launches not only spring/ summer and autumn/ winter collections but also Cruise or Resort collections. From the beginning these collections were intended for the wealthy customers who went on cruises or vacationed in the warm cuntries during the cold winter months. Nowdays these collections are intended for customers that have already shopped their entire fall collections  and are looking forward to buy clothes to bring on their  upcoming vacations. 

After Millefeuilles autuumn/ winter collections which often are inspired by the colours and scents of the autumn and by Christmas and New Years eve we will launch collections with bed linen that breathes warm weather vacations. We will also launch collections of beach towels for beautiful white beaches and lingerie that suits the most luxurious hotel rooms

Our plan is to launch our first Millefeuille cruise Collection during the summer 2014 but inspirational pictures of what it will contain will be shown in this blog before that.
